the location was perfect, just across the road from the Skyliner train station. the hotel was clean and secure, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the traditional Japanese breakfast and the variety of drinks available. the private onsen and massage pillow were wonderful additions after a long day of sightseeing. the convenience of being able to easily access Ueno station and visit the nearby zoo was a major plus. With reasonable prices and the option for a free breakfast, we will definitely choose Outlet Hotel Uenoekimae again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ueno. The location was perfect, right in front of the train station, making it extremely convenient for us to explore the city. The hotel even had a direct connection to the Skyliner, which made our journey to Narita airport a breeze. The room was spacious and cozy, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. The view from our room was also amazing, with stunning cityscape views. Plus, the hotel provided a phone for us to use to check nearby attractions.

Outlet Hotel Uenoekimae is a short 5-minute walk from Ueno Station, which provides easy access to both JR and Subway lines. the convenience doesn't stop there - the Keisei Skyliner station is right in front of the hotel, making it a breeze to travel to and from Narita Airport in just 41 minutes. the staff at the hotel are polite, helpful, and fluent in English. the facilities of the hotel, although a bit old, are well-maintained and the rooms are surprisingly spacious compared to other small hotels in Japan. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and fair price.
