We enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a variety of cuisines, great service, and relaxing morning music. The view from our seats was fantastic. The pool and spa experience was worth the special charge, with a spacious swimming pool, sauna, and a relaxing room with juice. The bathroom amenities were top-notch, including two different bathrobes and a fantastic set of towels. The hotel staff were very helpful, even providing shuttle bus and welcoming us at the railway station with printed instructions. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and city center.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with a subway station right below it, making it easy to explore the city. It was also within walking distance to all the central attractions of the city. Additionally, the view of the city and mountains from the hotel was spectacular.

hotel okura exceeded our expectations on our recent stay in kyoto. the location was perfect, near shopping and dining areas. we had wonderful views of the river from both our rooms. the staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of food.

We had a great stay at Hotel Okura in Kyoto. The location was perfect, close to Downtown Kyoto and Pontocho street. Our top floor room had a stunning view of the city and the river. The staff, especially the concierge, were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with taxi bookings and provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we appreciated having both a shower and bath tub. The breakfast was delicious, with hot coffee and the option of adding hot milk. We also highly recommend dining at the hotel's Japanese restaurant for an amazing experience. the staff and amenities made our stay memorable.

The hotel was also close to the train station and had a lot of shopping options nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

One minor issue was that the breakfast felt a bit like a market hall, but it still had a good variety of choices. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that there was a fee for using the gym, which I wasn't used to in a 5-star hotel.
