Great location near a subway station and easy access to the city; convenient for exploring. the rooms were clean and well, appointed, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. Loved the automated toilet seat with all its functions , a unique and enjoyable experience.

The pillows were half, empty and not very comfortable, which was disappointing given the price of the hotel. Limited English channels on the TV, only CNN available for free, others were pay per view.

My favorite hotel in Ginza! Stayed here for a week and it was perfect for shopping. Amazing location, surrounded by department stores, restaurants, and shops. Easy walk to Tsukiji market. The staff was incredible, always responsive and helpful. Loved the hilarious "automatic say-hi" toilet. Comfy room with separate shower and smart TV. Close to convenience stores and public transport. Definitely coming back for shopping!

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel in the heart of the Ginza area and I was highly impressed with my experience. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right next to the Higashi-Ginza Subway station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel itself was luxurious and well-maintained, with modern decor and comfortable rooms. The staff provided exceptional service, as they were friendly, attentive, and spoke English fluently. They were always willing to help and even assisted me in making a restaurant reservation.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the room was too small for a romantic escape. the walls were thin and noise from other guests could be heard easily, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
