I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, being close to the Dotonbori center but still peaceful. Moreover, it was conveniently located near another subway station, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel facilities were impressive, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. Cons: Not one thing fell short of expectations.

Our stay at Mimaru in Shinsaibashi was fantastic. We stayed for a week, exploring the vibrant neighborhood on foot. the unique coin system was a hit with our kids, offering a fun way to enjoy snacks or drinks. the spacious and spotlessly clean apartment featured separate toilet, shower, and vanity areas, a rarity in Japan. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay seamless, assisting with luggage forwarding and taxi services. the central location allowed easy access to major attractions and plenty of dining options.

loved our stay here! staff were friendly and helpful, speaking english which made things easy. rooms were spacious, clean, and had a kitchenette and lounge area. perfect location, within walking distance to dotonbori. would definitely stay here again on our next family holiday in osaka.

We had a great Easter weekend with the family. the room was spacious and comfortable, and had great amenities like a fridge and microwave. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the action. We appreciated the laundry facilities, which were a lifesaver, and loved the friendly staff who made us feel welcome.

It was not working when we arrived, and even after it was fixed, we couldn't connect to Netflix with our iPad. We paid extra for this feature, but it didn't work for us.
