Our family stayed at a great apartment hotel in Ginza for a week. Convenient location for exploring with multiple train lines nearby. Helpful and friendly staff provided excellent service, including late, night check, in and luggage storage. Well, equipped rooms with comfortable beds and a small kitchen, perfect for breakfast. On, site washing machines available. A solid family option in a quiet area.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and had a walk-in closet, which was a pleasant surprise. The kitchenette was well-equipped and there was a big dining table for enjoying meals. The heated toilets were a unique and enjoyable feature. I also appreciated the convenience of having laundry and dryer machines on site. Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean and new. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I particularly liked that they provided a list of recommended restaurants nearby. The location was also great, with easy access to transportation and attractions.

The room was spacious and had enough beds for our group. It was great that there was also a kitchen with a decent sized fridge. the location was convenient as it was close to several train stations and we didn't have to walk very far to get to places. Another advantage was that the staff were always friendly and helpful.

There weren't many activities or sights in the area during New Year's, which made it quite boring. We also didn't like that the TV was in an awkward position and hard to watch comfortably.

We stayed in a clean and spacious room with modern facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service in fluent English. The location was ideal, surrounded by multiple metro stations within walking distance, making it easy to explore Tokyo. Additionally, the well-equipped kitchenette was a bonus, allowing us to have daily breakfast in the room.

The hotel's location was away from the busy streets, making it less suitable for those who prefer to have easy access to shopping right downstairs.

I had a wonderful stay at Mimaru Tokyo Ginza East. The location was great, with easy access to multiple train lines. I especially enjoyed the nearby fresh produce store, where I could buy fruits, eggs, and milk. The room was clean, well-appointed, and decorated with cute Pokémon-themed accessories. The bathroom had hot water and good water pressure, and the humidifier in the room was a nice touch. The laundry facilities were well-organized, although there were only three washers and dryers available. However, there were two laundromats nearby as alternatives. The hotel also had a Pokémon room, which my kids absolutely loved.

One drawback I experienced was the limited storage space in the room. There were hardly any drawers, so we had to live out of our suitcases.
