The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. the free airport shuttle was a huge bonus, making transportation hassle-free. the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great selection of delicious food. Overall, this hotel provided excellent service and great value for money.

One aspect that could be improved is the limited dining options within walking distance of the hotel. While the restaurant on-site was good, it would have been nice to have more nearby choices for a change of scenery.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the children of the staff to provide more frequent assistance with luggage and offer additional support for elderly guests during check-in and check-out.

staying at the Narita was a convenient choice for our layover. the spacious room with 3 twin beds was clean, and the shuttle service to the Aeon Mall and airport made our travels hassle-free. the staff were welcoming, and the strawberry brunch was a highlight.

We stayed at the Tobu Hotel Airport for one night before our flight. The location near the airport was incredibly convenient for us. The hotel offers a return shuttle service to the airport, which made our travel much easier. Our family room was surprisingly spacious, providing more than enough room for our luggage. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have a late check-out without any issues. Additionally, the food at the hotel was fantastic, particularly the delicious breakfast. we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend the Tobu Hotel Airport to anyone traveling to Japan.

The staff at Tobu Hotel Airport were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They spoke good English and were always willing to help. I really appreciated the convenient shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as the option to go to the train station or the Mall. the lobby and restaurants were beautiful, and the staff was very accommodating. the rooms were comfortable, clean, and surprisingly spacious. Despite being close to the airport, the sound insulation was excellent, and I couldn't hear any noise from the planes. Free wifi was available throughout the hotel, including in the rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! First off, the location is super convenient, as there are buses that go straight to the airport from here. The staff here have superb customer service and always helped me with any special requests I had. The room amenities were great, with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a mini-bar. Plus, there is a restaurant and bar/lounge area on-site that serve delicious food and drinks.

For families, I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.
