We had a delightful stay at Hotel New Otani Makuhari. The rooms were outstanding, with well-above-average furnishings and a spacious bathroom. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful, making us feel cared for throughout our stay. The location was convenient for our business needs, with high-rise office buildings within easy walking distance. The covered walkways made getting around the area a breeze. There were also plenty of dining options nearby, including American-style coffee places and shops for pastries. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Makuhari.

The hotel offers very spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a fantastic set-up. I particularly loved the high-tech Japanese tech w.c. The location is perfect for those attending the expo center and is conveniently within walking distance to the railway station. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops near the station, making it super convenient for dining and shopping needs.

The hotel is located in a rather fancy tourist district about 3 blocks from Tokyo bay, making it a convenient choice for those attending conferences at the Exhibition Center. Guests can also enjoy the proximity to the nearby shopping center where there is a better selection at half the price. The Italian themed restaurant offers delicious meals with a variety of options.

Convenient location near transportation, shopping, and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was a mix of Japanese and western food and very tasty. enjoyed the nearby city parks for running.

Outdated elevators and room decor. Room was stuffy and humid with poor air conditioning.

Nothing that I didn't like.

With its luxurious and exclusive amenities, this hotel fulfilled our every need. the unintrusive service combined with the amazing view from our room made for a perfect stay. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, always ensuring that our room was well-stocked and clean.

The only minor issue we encountered was the special price for gym, spa, and pool facilities. It is applicable for only one person per discount leaflet and since we were staying as a couple, it felt odd to use it alone or to have one of us pay full price.
