I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially since I am a vegetarian. They went above and beyond to make sure I had food that I liked for breakfast without any extra cost. The room was really comfortable and the bed had two types of pillows, so I could choose the one that suited me best. The location was excellent, very close to the train station, making it convenient for transportation. the hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was top-notch.

holiday inn shin osaka was a pleasant surprise - spacious rooms, helpful staff, and a nice buffet breakfast. exceeded expectations for a wedding celebration.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The moment I walked into the room, I was blown away by the instant upgrade to an apartment bedroom. The spaciousness and comfort were truly remarkable. It felt like a living move-in apartment with all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchenette and a washing machine. The bathroom was fantastic, and the room was kept clean and complete throughout my stay. The staff was lovely and always ready to help, and their English proficiency was a great advantage. The location was also perfect, with the main train station and a big supermarket just a short walk away. There were plenty of local restaurants to choose from, and the breakfast in the hotel was simply amazing. I couldn't ask for more in terms of service, comfort, and convenience.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the room was spacious and had a mini kitchen and washing machine with a dryer function. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and while not all of them spoke fluent English, there were a few who were able to converse in basic English. the buffet-style breakfast was decent, and the hotel is definitely worth considering for a longer stay or if you need to use laundry facilities.
