I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was great, with a wonderful okonomiyaki restaurant just a few steps away. Plus, there was a very handy coin laundry in the street that runs along one side of the hotel building. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and were more than happy to store our bags when we arrived early ahead of check-in. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from a high-quality hotel. The view from our window was breathtaking, with beautiful city and bay views. Additionally, there was a tea/coffee lounge area in the lobby where we could relax after a long day of sightseeing. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel.

The location is great, with easy access to transportation as the station loop bus is right at the door. Additionally, it is within walking distance of the memorial Peace park where the museum offers an excellent experience. The hotel is also on the edge of the city center, providing convenience for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious, offering a comfortable stay, and the bath towels provided are of high quality.

The buffet breakfast was fairly average, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Big hotel, large reception, restaurants, and live music. Rooms clean but a bit worn. Small supermarket nearby, several restaurants around. 10-15 min walk to Peace memorial park and Hiroshima Castle. Taxi used to reach train station, unsure about public transport access.

Spent Easter here and it was quite good. Room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city. They offered complimentary water bottles and toiletries. Location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas and local food scene, plus the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room temperature was difficult to regulate and the aircon settings were a bit tricky. the bed was uncomfortably firm for our liking.
