Hotel Seikoen offers a truly unforgettable Japanese experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Nikko's sightseeing facilities and is well-connected to the JR station through a bus and a hotel shuttle. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, from checking in to serving delicious meals directly to our room. The onsen, with its four pools, including an open-air one, is simply amazing. The traditional Japanese meals served at the hotel were absolutely delicious and showcased the beauty of Japanese cuisine.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the traditional in-room dinners and the relaxing onsen offered at the hotel. the key location of the hotel was convenient for visiting the nearby world heritage shrines. the staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting local activities.

The language barrier proved to be a major issue. the staff had little to no knowledge of English, which made communication difficult.
