As a satisfied guest at Shangri-La Tokyo, I can't recommend this hotel more. My stay was for both business and leisure purposes, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable, just a minute's walk from Tokyo Station. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The bed was extra large and exceptionally comfortable. The hotel also provided free wifi throughout, and the fitness room and indoor pool were fantastic. I highly recommend trying their afternoon tea set for a relaxing break during the day.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the luxurious and spacious room that I had. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub was a delightful treat. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect! It was conveniently situated right next to the main train station, making it easy to explore the city. Lastly, the service at the hotel was outstanding. the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with dinner reservations and providing recommendations for sightseeing.

One thing that I found disappointing was the lack of meal options during the typhoon. It would have been great if the hotel had provided a meal or offered a discounted meal during the storm when no shops were open and it was unsafe to go out.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the indoor pool was a great way to unwind. we had a superb experience at Shangri-La, and we highly recommend it.
