The hotel staff at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kyoto-Kiyomizu Gojo were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to store our bags when we arrived early, and even provided assistance when one of us fell ill. The rooms were clean and the towel and sheets were spotless. The buffet breakfast was the best we experienced during our trip, with delicious local dishes that were crafted with care. The location was convenient, with easy access to popular areas like Gion and Kawaramachi.

We would definitely stay here again if we visit Kyoto.
