This hotel is perfect for those looking for value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is ideal, with subway stations nearby, as well as a wide selection of restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel is also very close to Shimbashi station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are well-appointed, with cute bathtubs and comfortable beds, whether you choose a room with two beds or a double bed. Additionally, breakfast is served, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.

All was fine during our stay.

This hotel is in a great location, right across from Shinbashi station. It is near restaurants and convenience stores, making it convenient for meals and snacks. The hotel is so close to the station that you can hear trains going by constantly, even if you stay on the opposite side of the building. The rooms are nice and quiet, with comfortable beds and sufficient space for solo travelers. The staff is super polite and helpful, providing excellent service. There is also a fantastic breakfast available for a very reasonable price.

The price of the hotel is a bit high compared to others with similar facilities and service.

During our stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn, we were amazed by the hotel's convenient location near Shimbashi Station. It made it so easy for us to explore Tokyo and even take a day trip to Hakone. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage and even placing it in our room when we returned. We were also impressed by how quickly they responded to our request for a quiet room on a lower floor. The room itself was comfortable and the lower floor made it quicker to move around. The laundry facilities were a huge bonus, allowing us to do our own laundry at a fraction of the cost. The hotel's proximity to various food options was another advantage. I would highly recommend Sotetsu Fresa Inn as a great home base for anyone visiting Tokyo.

The hotel had a great location close to public transportation and many dining options. They provided a breakfast voucher and a convenience store nearby for snacks. the Japanese-style breakfast was a plus. the staff was friendly, and the room was clean.

The room was small, and there was no assistance with luggage. AC was very loud, making it hard to sleep, and the bathroom facilities were old.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location, just a 1 or 2 minute walk to Shimbashi train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even assisted us with sending our luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto. The room, although a bit small for two people, was clean and comfortable. The Japanese breakfast provided was delicious, and having a 24-hour convenience store on the 1st floor was very convenient.

Felt really like home, nothing to complain about.
