The location of Knot is excellent, with easy access to Susukino and the underground passageway leading to various places in Sapporo. The set meal breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with delicious options to choose from. The token credits provided were a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy afternoon tea with yummy cakes. The hotel is also conveniently located near the airport shuttle bus station.

Despite these minor issues, our overall experience at Knot was positive. The location, friendly staff, and the unique gesture of offering welcome desserts palette using coins provided made it a memorable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sapporo and had a fantastic experience. the location was incredible, with the hotel conveniently situated near the famous Tanukikoji shopping street. It made exploring the city and shopping a breeze. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable time. Additionally, the rooms had beautiful views, and I loved waking up to the sight of the cityscape every morning. Lastly, the breakfast was a standout feature, with a wide variety of delicious dishes on offer. It was a delightful way to start each day.

We stayed in a great location, right next to tanukikoji shopping street. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing a welcome drink and plate upon check-in. The hotel was connected to the train station by an underground shopping passage, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, there was a limousine bus stop nearby and plenty of shopping centers to explore.

The breakfast lacked variety and there was no bar or dinner option available.

The Knot in Sapporo was definitely worth the money. The room we stayed in had a beautiful design and a great view. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the shopping district, with easy access to the subway and an awesome Don Quixote across the street. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Hotel breakfast could have been better if they changed it up every other day instead of serving the same thing daily.

The hotel was conveniently located near the subway, with easy access to key locations. Despite the noisy main road nearby, the weather didn't bother me thanks to the underpass between the hotel and the subway line. the room was clean and modern, with creative breakfast offerings at the restaurant.

The lack of available parking was a disappointment upon arrival, forcing us to park quite a distance away and pay a substantial amount. there weren't many facilities such as a pool or hot tub, and the view from my room was just buildings, despite having booked a city view room.

enjoyed my stay at a centrally located hotel with friendly staff and great city view. Knot's free coffee and dessert platter were a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, with a supermarket downstairs and easy access to the airport bus, shopping area, and subway. Super convenient for exploring the city without having to brave the cold. I would definitely return.

I loved the unbeatable location of Knot, with easy access to the underground mall and susukino subway station. The staff were warm and helpful, and the ambiance in the restaurant with the DJ setting the mood was fantastic. The design and comfort of the hotel were top-notch. The selection of tea at the hotel lounge was a delightful touch, and the welcome platter and bento breakfast showed thought and effort.

One drawback was the limited availability of washing machines. There were only two units for the entire hotel, and there was no monitoring of their usage.
