What a magical place to stay at! The value for money was excellent and the room was exceptional, providing us with the utmost comfort. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation. The staff at the hotel were beautiful, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering more variety in the breakfast options.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal, da sie sich in einem ruhigen Teil der Stadt befindet und ganz in der Nähe des Meeres in einer Bucht liegt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bad gut ausgestattet. Der Service war freundlich und das Personal zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Balkon, von dem aus man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Umgebung hatte.

The bus stop is also just a stone's throw away, making it convenient for travelers to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with welcoming decor and attentive service. The lack of an open-air bath may be disappointing for some guests who enjoy that particular feature in a traditional Japanese ryokan.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a very traditional Japanese style hotel called Tocen Goshobo. the historical decorations and rooms really made me feel like I had stepped back in time to ancient Japan. the highlight for me was definitely the hotspring, which was absolutely amazing and incredibly relaxing. the bundled dinner provided was also perfect. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious and the kaiseki dinner was absolutely fantastic. the chef's talent was evident in every dish. Unlike other ryokans I've stayed at, the food at Tocen Goshobo was served at a relaxed and comfortable pace, and everything arrived warm or hot. I opted for the in-room meal, which came with an extra charge, but it was worth it. Our "nakai-san" who took care of our needs during our stay was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Tocen Goshobo.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the traditional Japanese experience I had at the hot spring inn nestled in the scenic mountains. the atmosphere was serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the private hot baths were an added luxury, and the complimentary beverages and snacks were a nice touch. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the village train and bus stations, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants to explore in the area.

The thin walls in the rooms, which led to some noise disturbance from nearby guests. some of the meals were overpriced and not as enjoyable as expected.
