I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a couple of minutes away from Higashi-Ginza station, making it super convenient for exploring Tokyo. Secondly, the staff were friendly and spoke good English, making communication a breeze. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a washer/dryer, which was a pleasant surprise. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

No negatives, everything was great!

The hotel’s location is exceptional, close to vital train stations and several convenient subway lines. The welcoming staff who are always ready to help you direct on the nearby restaurants, provides a positive environment for one's stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the convenience kit at the lobby put us at ease. A surprisingly wonderful buffet breakfast with diverse dining options was also offered.

The size of the rooms is not enormous, but then again, this is common among most hotels and not necessarily limiting in functionality.

I had an amazing experience at Tokyu Stay. the personnel did an excellent job in handling all my reservations for the Robot Restaurant, massages, and more. I felt like a VIP, and it's a shame that tipping is not part of Japanese culture. the location in Ginza is perfect, especially for the price. Being able to reach Narita Airport easily from the nearby metro station, just 200m away, was extremely convenient. the hotel also provided unlimited bath and personal amenities, as well as tea and coffee in the lobby. having a washer-dryer in the room was super helpful.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is right in the heart of Ginza and very close to Higashi Ginza station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms, although smaller in size, were well-appointed and had all the basic amenities one would need.

We loved the spacious rooms, comfy beds, and great bedding. The bathroom was also large with a decent-sized bath and powerful shower. The location was fantastic, just a minute walk from two main tube lines and a 10-15 minute walk from several main JR lines. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The staff was extremely helpful, assisting us with luggage and ordering taxis. The hotel's environmentally conscious approach to cleaning rooms and towels was also commendable.

The variety of coffee, teas, and individually packed bathroom supplies were a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location in Ginza was perfect for exploring Tokyo's downtown area and the nearby Tsukiji fish market. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Ginza.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made sure I had everything I needed and provided great service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel had a washing machine in the room, which was very convenient. I was able to do my laundry without having to go to a laundromat or use hotel laundry services.

One of the downsides of the hotel was the size of the standard room. It was quite small and felt cramped, especially if you have large luggage.

the location was incredibly convenient, situated right behind Matsuya and Mitsukoshi department stores and just across from the kabuki theater. It was also a stone's throw away from the airport limousine buses and a short distance to the Higashiginza and Ginza subway stations. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with useful amenities such as a washing machine and microwave. I particularly appreciated their environmentally conscious approach, giving guests the option to choose the level of housekeeping they preferred.

As foreign tourists, we loved the location of the hotel. It's in the heart of the vibrant Ginza shopping area, with easy access to eateries, restaurants, and cafes. The shopping experience was incredible, and the hotel being situated here added so much convenience to our stay. The hotel also offers a kitchenette, washing machine, dryer, and a clothes presser, which were really handy during our trip. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and bathroom essentials available in the lobby 24/7, saving us money on buying drinks outside. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was fantastic. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Tokyu Stay Ginza was the perfect choice for my stay. The hotel's best aspects were its central location near restaurants and close to the subway, making it convenient to explore this city. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were impressive, with a well-maintained room that included a kitchenette, microwave, and washing machine. The staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay.

This hotel is amazing value for money with great prices for what you get. The location is unbeatable; just a 2-minute walk from Higashi Ginza station and near all the best places in Tokyo. The staff was very courteous, and the rooms had good air conditioning with excellent facilities.

Great location close to Higashi-ginza and Ginza station. We loved the easy walk to the Tsukiji market, shopping malls, and local restaurants. Our clean room with exceptional toiletries and amenities exceeding our expectations. Despite a language barrier, the staff still treated us kindly. we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and we will surely recommend it to others.
