The room and bathroom at Tokyu Stay were surprisingly spacious and clean. We were thrilled to find a microwave oven, IH, and a washing machine with a dryer in our room. The 4 single beds were a nice touch, and the separate door between the bedroom and bathroom area kept noise at bay. The late check-out time of 11 am was much appreciated, and we even took advantage of the free late check-out until 12 pm. The hotel's location was great, and we loved the cozy ambiance and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, although it would have been better if the food was served hot. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Additionally, there was some confusion regarding the extra charges for two people in a standard double room, as we were not notified about this beforehand.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, a rare find in my experience. I loved the fact that there was a separate bedroom area, complete with four comfortable single beds, and a door that insulated the sound from the bathroom and washing machine area. Plus, having a microwave oven, IH, and washing machine with a dryer in the room was such a convenient feature.

I stayed at Tokyu Stay Hommachi in Osaka for 5 nights during my Japan trip. The staff, though not highly proficient in English, were polite and used a translator to overcome any language barriers. The breakfast, which was vegan-friendly, was delicious and the restaurant had a great view. The room was clean and had a washing machine with clear instructions, making laundry a breeze. The location was fantastic, with two train stations nearby and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around. excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
