The room was warm and comfy with an amazing view from the 12th floor. the amenities provided were of good quality, including pyjamas and slippers, and the scent of their shampoo and soap was lovely. the bed was very comfortable, the soundproofing of the room was effective, and the location was convenient for accessing restaurants and the station. One improvement could be a more consistent cleaning service and a friendlier morning staff demeanor.

The hotel is located right by all the yummy food spots and shops in Susukino, super handy to get anywhere in the city or to the airport, plus the rooms are on the smaller side but packed with all you need – a lush shower, cozy beds, and squeaky clean. the staff at the front desk were great, helping us figure out our way around the city, and the hotel has a snazzy modern vibe with a practical Sapporo theme; loved it! Only downside was the TV had mostly Japanese channels, would've been ace if there were a couple of English ones though ⭐.
