Vessel's location in American Village is fantastic for shopping and dining. the hotel offers a kids-friendly environment with thoughtful amenities like kids' toothbrushes and a variety of children's dining options. the breakfast, featuring Okinawan cuisine and Blue Seal ice cream, is a hit with guests. the festive Christmas decorations add to the cozy atmosphere, making it a great place for families to relax.

Convenient underground parking. 24-hour Lawson on the first floor. Spacious family room with double sinks, separate toilet and shower, walk-in wardrobe, balcony, and good WiFi. The hotel is located right next to the American village, which is very convenient for dining and exploring the area. There are plenty of food options and shops nearby, making it easy to find something to do. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great views from the balcony. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The parking system at the hotel could be improved, as guests were always directed to the electronic parking lots, which took some time to retrieve the car each time and felt a bit hectic.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right at the centre of the American Village and just a few minutes’ walk away from shops, restaurants and the beach. The service is impeccable, with helpful staff at the reception and well-serviced rooms that had everything we needed, including heating, air conditioning, an electric kettle and free toiletries. We appreciated the daily fresh towel and mineral water delivery and the comfortable beds in our room.

We stayed in a junior suite facing the water for stunning sunsets. the location is prime, surrounded by great food options. Free bike rentals and whale watching nearby. the room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a bathtub with a view. Fantastic breakfast buffet with a variety of options, including local favorites like taco rice.

Additionally, the staff was friendly, accommodating, and always welcoming, adding a warm touch to the overall experience. the hotel's facilities were well-equipped, with amenities like a laundry room and onsen, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I loved the breathtaking view from the room and the fantastic upgrade I received for free. The room was extremely comfortable, and the bathtub with a view of the sea was simply amazing. The hotel has thought of every detail, from providing indoor and outdoor slippers, bathrobes, and even a robe to wear to the public bath. As someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature, I appreciated the view and the proximity to the American village. The hotel even offers special discounts for Campana guests at select shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a fabulous selection of both local and western food options.

I felt so relaxed during my stay that there was nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay in Okinawa. the hotel's complementary breakfast and hot spring pool were excellent, and we found the location to be perfect for exploring the area's shops and restaurants. our room was very clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

Despite this, we had an overall enjoyable experience during our Thanksgiving trip.

Enjoyed a simple, peaceful, and convenient stay at Vessel Hotel. The hot bath with sunset views was a personal favorite, and the room was spacious and clean. Great wifi and a nice touch with baby bathing products provided. a recommended hotel choice.
