We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and brand new rooms were impressive. The huge mirrors and nice decor added to the comfortable beds, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities, including the spa and jacuzzi, were top-notch. The staff, especially Hanan, Chef Zaid, bellman, Samar. They made us feel welcomed and their professionalism was outstanding. The location of the hotel was great, being a short 15-minute walk to Rainbow Street, where we found plenty of cafes and restaurants.

The restaurant staff, including Rami, Wisam, and Areej, elevated our dining experience with their impressive customer service. The entire hotel staff exuded charm and personality, making us feel at home. we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and will definitely be returning soon.

Our room had a variety of pillows to choose from, which made our sleep comfortable. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, with freshly squeezed juices; the Mexican restaurant was surprisingly authentic. we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

We had a great experience at the hotel. the staff were professional and helpful, especially the drivers who took us to the tourist sites. the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, and we particularly enjoyed the recommendations from the chef at the cheese and bakery section. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, close to Rainbow Street and the old downtown area. we were impressed with the beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and convenient location.

The spa is top-notch, providing an excellent experience for those who want to unwind and pamper themselves.

During my stay over New Year's, I was pleased with the comfort and good service at the hotel. the staff was friendly and ready to assist. I also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with key attractions and amenities nearby. Additionally, I had a great experience at the spa, with a relaxing massage and facial treatment.

One downside I experienced during my stay was that when there was a function at night, the music from the event could be heard in my room. This caused some disturbance and made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

As a tourist, I loved the amazing room service and in-room dining selection at Intercontinental Jordan. The hotel's location near Rainbow Street, with its cafes, restaurants, and shops, was very convenient. The neighbourhood felt safe, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with the Jordanian breakfast "Foul" being the best we had in all of Jordan. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and ample amenities. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient, and the hotel had great facilities including a pool, gym, and spa. a great place to stay for business or family travelers.

During my stay, I was impressed with the prime location of the hotel which was situated close to all the main attractions such as art museums and galleries. The Italian restaurant called Romero's was an absolute delight to dine in, with delicious food and a stunning setting. I also enjoyed dining in the Mexican and Indian restaurants, with exceptional service from the friendly staff. The luxurious room provided a comfortable bed with soft sheets and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The Club Lounge offered excellent amenities and a relaxing tea service.

There was some housekeeping oversight in the bathroom with tiny hairs stuck on the shower wall from the previous visitor, which was promptly cleaned when reported.

As young families, we loved the spacious and well-furnished rooms, comfortable beds, and central location. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop lounge and restaurant, were fantastic. The room was small and outdated. the shower was either scorching hot or ice cold and I couldn't find a comfortable temperature.
