We had an excellent experience at the spa and fitness center, with great massages and service from the team. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and we appreciated the helpful staff at breakfast. The gym had everything we needed and the indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic. My husband particularly enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms. The hotel itself is a luxury landmark with a wonderful location, and the customer service goes above and beyond. Early check-in, late checkout, and valet parking were convenient and hassle-free. Special thanks to Omer for making us feel so comfortable and getting us into the holiday spirit. Le Grand Amman Managed By Accor made our trip truly memorable.

Our recent stay at Le Grand Amman was absolutely delightful! We spent a week at the hotel while exploring the beautiful city. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even upgraded us to a spacious suite and welcomed us with a delicious bowl of fruit. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's pool and spa area were also fantastic, providing a perfect spot to relax. We highly recommend staying here!

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the proximity to shopping areas and to the city center, which made it very easy to get around. the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from every day. the gym and spa facilities were impeccable and allowed me to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

While my stay at this hotel was overall great, there were a few minor issues. Some areas of the hotel were outdated and could benefit from a facelift.
