We recently stayed in a hotel during our holiday and we absolutely loved it. we were given an upgrade to a bigger and more luxurious room, which was a great surprise. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also took care of minor issues very promptly. Another highlight was the pool, where we could cool off after a day of exploring.

the pool was actually outside and the water was too cold for our liking. the location was quite far from the main attraction, but the hotel arranged transportation for us.
