The breakfast offered a great selection of healthy choices, and we appreciated the hotel's incorporation of the local history in its design. The Sunday brunch was also a highlight, and the concierge service helped us with transportation to the Sheldrik Elephant Orphanage.

We arrived at Fairmont late at night with no luggage, feeling tired after a long trip. The staff showed exceptional hospitality by providing us with toothbrushes and toothpaste when they learned we had no toiletries. Throughout our stay, the hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, allowing us to sleep well despite the stress of our journey. The breakfast selection was outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. The coffee was also excellent. We would definitely choose to stay at Fairmont again. The staff truly made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.

The spacious rooms were well-appointed, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay. The gardens were immaculate, providing a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city. The on-site amenities, including the pool, sauna, and fitness equipment, were top-notch and ensured a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hotel's convenient location near the National History Museum was a bonus, allowing me to explore the city easily. The food at Tatu restaurant was delicious, with an extensive selection of gourmet meals and a great wine list. The staff, especially duty manager Ms. Aisha Ibrahim, were incredibly attentive and made sure I felt pampered throughout my stay. I even indulged in a rejuvenating massage at the hotel's spa, which worked wonders on my tired muscles. I highly recommend Fairmont for a memorable and indulgent stay.

Although the hotel offered excellent culinary options, the lack of children's menus made it less accommodating for families with young kids. Additionally, the WiFi connection in my room was not the strongest, but this actually allowed me to disconnect and enjoy the serene surroundings.

I had an excellent stay at The Norfolk. The colonial charm and friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly cooked omelette. The Tatu restaurant exceeded my expectations, and the hostess, Roo, was extremely friendly and helpful. The bar was comfortable, with friendly staff like Stephen and Margaret. The spacious bedrooms and excellent facilities added to the overall great experience. The hotel grounds were also beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
