The room at Grand Hyatt was incredibly spacious, with plenty of storage space for all our belongings. We were impressed by the beautiful view from our room, and the amenities provided were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the smart toilet in the luxurious bathroom. The outdoor swimming pool was also a highlight, especially since it stayed open until midnight.

We had a fantastic stay at a luxurious resort hotel on a beautiful island. Our spacious room, with its floor-to-ceiling window, offered breathtaking views and lots of sunlight. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a free-standing tub and excellent closet space. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including a variety of restaurants to choose from, such as Noknamu, where we enjoyed a delicious dinner with black Jeju pork. The pool areas were great, especially the outdoor pool which we had missed during our previous visit. The gym amenities were top-notch, according to my husband.

Though the hotel had many positive aspects, we found the cleanliness lacking in some common areas, with dust buildup and a general lack of cleaning. The staff seemed aloof and rarely greeted or acknowledged guests, which was a departure from our experiences at other hotels in Korea.

grand hyatt jeju in jeju exceeded my expectations during my longer stay. the spacious room, helpful staff, and great amenities like the pools and gym made it a memorable experience. i also enjoyed the restaurant options and convenience of having a 7-11 in the hotel.
