We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The spacious room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely ocean view. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us, despite the language barrier. We enjoyed the all you can eat pizza and American grill options at the hotel, which were excellent value for money. The massage chairs and rooftop bar were also highlights of our stay.

The location of Kent Hotel Gwangalli By Kensington was absolutely perfect, right across the street from the beach and surrounded by countless restaurants and bars. The accessibility to the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by their assistance in helping me retrieve something I had forgotten in my room after I had checked out. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
