Provista's location is excellent, close to public transportation and away from the central area. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean. the presence of various shops and eateries nearby adds convenience to the stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and neat. The location was perfect, with easy access to a nearby subway station. The staff, especially Seo Ji Yeon and Hong Seok Ha, were extremely cordial and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the gym, were excellent. this hotel met my standards and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The first time, the staff helped with taxi tips. It suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, fitness center, 24-hr security, and no smoking. Perfect for my business trips! .

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the well-designed and well-appointed rooms at this hotel. the small but workable kitchen and the washer/dryer in the room were convenient amenities. the location was also convenient, with a nearby subway station and various services in the neighborhood.

We did find a few drawbacks. the beds were quite firm, and the breakfast buffet had a diminishing quality and choice.

The staff were extremely helpful and cordial. The gym kept me fit and the instructor was supportive. The room was spacious with a kitchen and laundry machine. Walking distance to shops and restaurants at Gangnam Station.

I've been staying at this hotel for 5 years now. The airport connection is so convenient, and I love how close it is to subway stations. Plus, being near Seoul National University of Education is a bonus. The rooms are spacious with a small kitchen, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets nearby. Easy to reach from both airports by Limousine bus. Perfect location!

I've been staying here for 5 years. Convenient airport connection, subway stations nearby, and close to Seoul National University of Education. The staff is cordial and helpful. Special shoutout to Seo Ji Yeon, the sweetest and most supportive restaurant staff who speaks American English, and Hong Seok Ha, one of the best. The gym is worth mentioning, keeps you fit, and the instructor is helpful. Good facilities with an open kitchen, washing machine, and good wifi. Clean, neat rooms with a small kitchenette.

For the price we paid, we got great value at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The room was spacious and had a nice loft area, perfect for a romantic escape. the location was great, close to the subway and within walking distance to the main shopping area. I really enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the room, it made it convenient to do laundry during our stay.

We had trouble finding the hotel as the location on Google Maps was incorrect, which was frustrating. the front desk staff was not very helpful, they didn't have accurate information about transportation to the airport.

The bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable, it felt like sleeping on a rock. Additionally, the pillows provided were of poor quality and offered no support.
