The friendly staff and helpful receptionists made our stay enjoyable. The clean room and comfortable bed were a plus. The location was excellent, close to shops but still quiet at night. The balcony was a great bonus for smokers.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being in a local neighborhood and very close to everything. It is just a short walk to the beautiful Jounieh Bay and several attractions such as the Sarba Souk and the Couvent Saint Sauveur.

It would be better if there were more kitchen items available in the rooms, such as a chopping board and a vegetable peeler.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Jounieh. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us with a flat tire in the parking lot. The room was always clean and well-equipped, and the location was excellent. we would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

My Easter was fantastic! the complementary chocolate eggs and the Easter card left in our room were a nice touch. the hotel was in a great location, not far from the beach and close to shopping areas. Plus, the free parking was very convenient. We also loved the comfortable bed and the soundproof rooms.

Finally, the lighting was too dim, making the room a little too dark for our liking.

the exclusive amenities, including in, room breakfast and private facilities, were top, notch. the bar and lounge area was a great place to unwind, and the snack bar was convenient for a quick bite. the location advantages were unbeatable, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. the room had exclusive advantages and the service was impeccable.

We only encountered one minor issue , the Wi, Fi was a bit slow. this was easily remedied by using our cell phone as a hotspot.
