The room and common areas were very clean, which made for a pleasant stay. the hotel's central location was convenient and close to public parking and transportation. the breakfast was delicious and provided a good start to the day.

It is just a stone's throw away from the "hamilius" bus stop, where most bus lines pass, ensuring easy transportation. Additionally, being situated in the center square of the city, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance to satisfy one's dining cravings.

One small drawback is that the hotel lacks parking facilities, requiring guests to find alternative parking options.

During my Xmas holidays, I enjoyed staying in a hotel that offered hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby and provided complimentary festive decor in the room. the hotel was located near the Christmas market, making it easy for me to attend all the events. I also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and comfortable bed.

The price did not match the overall value given by the hotel. the room was small and the walls were quite thin which made it easy to hear my neighbor's loud arguments.

This hotel has a perfect location in the heart of the city center, right in the middle of the pedestrian zone and overlooking the lively Christmas market. The basic amenities are satisfactory, and the rooms are nicely decorated with a separate hallway containing a wardrobe that leads to the bathroom. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of fresh bakery items and boiled eggs, and the view of the Christmas market is stunning.

The fan in the room was quite noisy, but all in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at Francais! the room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the square. Being able to watch live orchestral performances from our window was a special treat. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and all the attractions, including the Casements. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our trip a truly memorable one. the restaurant at the hotel had delicious food that we highly recommend trying.
