good location near chilua street, with a convenient mini mart close by. friendly staff on check-in, comfy bed in the room. daily housekeeping was on point. great value for a budget room. easy walking distance to city center, spacious studio room with a nice view. parking available nearby too.

stayed in george town recently and citivilla penang was a delightful surprise. the studio room was spacious and cozy, with a lovely view. convenient location to explore the city on foot and excellent internet speed made my crab fest extra enjoyable.

no hand towels or hand soap provided.

Our room at Citivilla Penang was cozy and had all the essentials like a fridge, TV, and a comfy bed. the sea view was a lovely bonus! As a laid-back guest, I loved the friendly staff and convenient location near great dining spots.

The shared door with the neighboring room was a bit of a downside for me.

Convenient location within walking distance to Chilua street and a mini mart. Friendly staff and comfy bed in the budget room. Daily housekeeping was efficient. the hotel is in a quiet area but close to the city center and various shops and restaurants. the location allowed for easy access to landmarks such as Fort Cornwallis and Rainbow Skywalk at Komtar, contributing to a relaxed and enjoyable family experience with my 1.5-year-old twins.
