The view from the property is absolutely stunning, with a perfectly framed window that overlooks the beach, ocean, and sea. The location is also very convenient for exploring the area, with the Gurney area just a 10-minute grab ride away. This property is a great choice for beach lovers visiting Penang.

The location of the hotel is perfect - right next to the beach, yet not too far from town. The view from the hotel is simply stunning, with the ocean stretching out before you. The rooms are well-appointed and very comfortable, with everything you need to relax and unwind.

The parking can be a bit of a challenge at times.

Comfy beds, near beach, sea view rooms, good facilities. Twin beds very comfortable, rooms have nice beach scenes. Muraly at pool was best staff member, location great. Overall good.

Complimentary breakfast was decent and check-in and check-out were smooth. the hotel is situated in a convenient location and close to all the attractions I wanted to see. the rooftop bar was a great spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring.

The hotel needs improvement in terms of upkeep and cleanliness. the towels were old and stained, and the room was not cleaned properly.

We loved the beautiful beach and cozy beds. The pool was nice and quiet. Although the parking situation was limited, the staff were incredibly helpful when we needed to find a spot. we had a great stay at Mercure and would definitely recommend it.
