Comfy beds and good breakfast, although cereals for kids would be a nice addition. Friendly staff, especially the roommaids and cafe staff. Convenient location with plenty of shops nearby. The room was spacious, and the housekeeping staff was exceptionally friendly. Amazing service and lovely rooms with comfortable beds.

The hotel is conveniently located near a grocery shop and is quite near with the KK city center. They also provide a shuttle service to various shopping malls, which is a great added convenience. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast, although not included in the room rate, is reasonably priced and offers a good selection. The hotel also has a restaurant on the ground floor for those who prefer dining in.

The common areas of the hotel could use a thorough cleaning.

The room was pristine and spacious, and we loved the beautiful view from our window. the staff were polite and helpful when we asked for directions to nearby attractions. Plus, the hotel's location made it easy to explore the city during our romantic getaway.

There was no trolley available to help us carry our luggage, and we had to struggle up the stairs to our room. the air conditioning unit was also leaking, and our room was soaked!
