Great location in the heart of Chinatown, just a short walk from Jonker Street. Despite being centrally located, the hotel is surprisingly quiet at night. The hotel exudes charm and feels like a step back in time, with old-fashioned decor and a cozy courtyard. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and pillows. While our room had a less-than-ideal view of a neighboring building, it wasn't a big issue since we spent most of our time exploring. Hotel Puri is a great value for the price, with its charming aesthetics, convenient location, and friendly staff. With some improvements to breakfast, it would be a perfect 10.

We had a delightful stay at Puri Melaka. The charming colonial atmosphere made us feel like we were stepping back in time. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and the famous Jonker Street just a short walk away. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend Puri Melaka for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is conveniently located in a garden-like setting, with a Nyonya museum to the left and a shopping centre nearby. The breakfast area offers a charming atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. The staff at the front desk, especially the Indian boys, were friendly.

The housekeeping service needs improvement, as some basic cleanliness standards were not met.

As those taking off early, we loved the excellent location near Jonker Street and the beautiful heritage-inspired hotel deco.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. We were within walking distance of all the main sights and just a few steps from the Jonker Street Night Market. The staff were also very helpful and provided us with great service. The room was clean and had a big comfortable bed. The breakfast included many options to choose from, which was a great way to start the day.

We always book Hotel Puri for our vacations in Malacca. the vintage and historic feel of the hotel is beautiful. They provide a car park with CCTV security monitoring. Its location in the heart of Jonker street is perfect. Highly recommended!

Beautifully renovated historical building with open courtyards and garden. Rooms have interesting bathroom settings and lofts. Dedicated and helpful staff, especially IT guys and waitresses at breakfast. Great location for visiting nearby attractions. Nice Peranakan ambiance. Average breakfast.

Great complementary breakfast and parking. Convenient location with easy access to the river and nearby attractions. We particularly enjoyed exploring the historic areas and taking a romantic boat tour.

Although the hotel staff tried to help by providing bug spray, it was still a nuisance. our stay was enjoyable, but the mosquito problem was a letdown.
