The room service was quick and the staff responded promptly to our requests. the design of the hotel was appealing, especially the nice smell in the entrance. Additionally, the hotel had a great location, with many restaurants and shops nearby.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. the air conditioning in the hotel was very hot, which made the overall experience uncomfortable.

Best aspects of my stay were the spacious and well, appointed suite, complete with luxurious amenities. the location of the hotel was also ideal, being close to key attractions and convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, I greatly enjoyed the personalized service from the friendly and attentive staff.

I was disappointed with the lack of response to my queries before arrival and the slow check, in process. the cleanliness of the room was also subpar, with unvacuumed carpets and dirty furniture.

Enormous room size, two bedrooms, separate office, and kitchen. Nice and fancy lobby and lounges. Helpful and responsive staff. Amazing breakfast with delicious options. Close to Pavillion and easy to get around KL using Grab. Friendly staff, kids loved them.

My room at The Ritz-Carlton was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The modern decor created a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing hotel! The 2-bedroom suite was perfect for our family, with plenty of space and a separate study for work. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities, especially the sauna, steam room, and hydro-bath, were incredibly relaxing. The hotel's location near shopping malls and a famous street for Chinese food was very convenient. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me personally and check-in was already done. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and I absolutely loved the spaciousness of my apartment, complete with a kitchen and living area. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the Library Lounge where I enjoyed delicious breakfast, cocktails, and desserts. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing sightseeing recommendations and even helping us celebrate my daughter's birthday with special treats. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping malls and the iconic Petronas Towers. The hotel is connected to the Starhill Gallery shopping mall via a bridge, making it even more convenient for shopping. The breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of options. this hotel has exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

I had a wonderful stay at a fantastic hotel with a great location. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make my honeymoon special. The breakfast selection was delicious and varied, and the secret menu item was a delightful surprise. The catering team, especially Ms Maddie, was superb in accommodating our requests. The hotel is accessible to key locations, including the bustling Bukit Bintang area. The hotel truly sets the standards for hotel and service quality in Malaysia.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that caters to exclusive amenities. the Spa and wellness centre is a great place to relax and enjoy different massage options, while the Sauna and Outdoor swimming pool provide an added touch of luxury and relaxation. the restaurant serves delicious food and the in-room breakfast is a great way to start the day. the bar/lounge area offers a great atmosphere to enjoy a drink and the spa lounge provides privacy and comfort.

The only minor issue I had was with the staff's lack of interaction. Although they fulfill my luxurious needs, the staff was not as friendly as I expected.

The staff was smiling, welcoming, generous, and helpful. Nora at the reception desk was one of the best receptionists we've encountered. The 2 bedroom suites were amazing with comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond, providing extra bedding, celebrating my son's birthday, and adding bath salts to the bathroom.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, adjacent to the Pavillion mall and surrounded by many good eateries. The room was lovely, with exceptional decor and a stunning view. The attention to detail could be improved, as some areas, such as the air vents in the shower and the cleanliness of the bed linen, were not up to standard.
