I had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect for me. It was at a strategic area near the Ferry Port and a bit away from the night life activities. The food court was just around the corner and the centre of the heritage area was just a short walk away. The service was top-notch, with efficient room service available 24/7. The housekeeping staff was great too, always ensuring that my room was cleaned well. The mini-bar with free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV was an added bonus. The staff was very helpful and efficient.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay somewhere closer to the heritage area. The night shift staff might not prioritize your request as efficiently but this minor detail does not take away from the overall amazing experience of staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Penang. the room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. It was also very quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. the hotel's location was perfect, with attractions like Little India and the Jetty nearby. We also enjoyed the complementary ticket to the Interactive Museum, which was just a short walk away. the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, and we appreciated the complementary car park available next to the reception building. There were a few minor hiccups, such as a long check-in process and a sudden door knock, but overall it was a great experience. We especially enjoyed the duo-band playing in the evening at the lounge/bar. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. Thumbs up!

We had a great stay at a hotel close to Chinatown and Little India. the staff were friendly and the rooms were nice. the hotel had a lovely pool and the breakfasts were delicious. We especially enjoyed the afternoon tea in the tea room. a pleasant experience at Royale Chulan Penang.

Our room was spacious and elegantly designed. The natural light and balcony were great. Also, the staff went out of their way to retrieve a forgotten item and send it back to me. a recommended stay.

During our Thanksgiving trip, we enjoyed two complimentary drinks at check-in and the comfortable beds in our well-furnished room. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby sights and attractions. We also appreciated the free parking provided for hotel guests.

The breakfast was average, with some of the hot dishes being served lukewarm. the front desk staff struggled to communicate effectively in English, which caused some confusion when we asked for directions to nearby streets.
