We had a pleasant stay at Elopura. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable experience. the room was clean and provided extra pillows, which was a nice touch. the gym, although small, had a treadmill and bike for workouts. the lobby was inviting and the elevator was fast. Our room overlooked the water, and we enjoyed the music from the restaurant below as we fell asleep. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including fruit to suit our dietary needs. the hotel's modern design and amenities, like the air conditioning and clever bathroom setup, added to our satisfaction.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The view of the bay from my room was stunning, especially seeing all the ships in the distance. The location was perfect, right next to a big mall with all the amenities I needed. Plus, there were affordable Asian restaurants along the seafront that served alcohol. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sandakan.

Spent new year’s eve at this hotel and had a blast! the view from our room was stunning, overlooking the sea and the nearby mall. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. the room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast with many food options to choose from. the location was perfect, surrounded by many restaurants and food stalls at the back of the hotel. Plus, we got to watch the fireworks display from our balcony!

We did notice a bit of noise coming from the back road late at night, so it may be a good idea to request a room with a sea view. it would have been nice to have a bar or restaurant on-site that served alcohol.

The noise from the town and the presence of previous guest's hairs on the floor were the only downsides to an otherwise pleasant stay.
