I was really impressed with the value for money at Somerset Damansara Uptown. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options and a shopping center right next door. The staff, especially Rajib from housekeeping and the friendly Indian supervisor at check-in, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. It was also reassuring to see regular patrols by the neighborhood police and helpful Somerset staff around.

While the breakfast had a good variety of options, I wish there were more choices for breakfast items, especially on the days when pancakes weren't available.

We had a great stay at Somerset. the two bedroom apartment was well-equipped with complete facilities. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. We enjoyed the convenience of Starling Mall, which provided supermarkets, pharmacies, and more. the surrounding area had plenty of delicious local food options at reasonable prices. the location was ideal, with easy access to other malls like One Utama, the Curve, IKEA, and popular café hotspots in TTDI. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was larger than those in most hotels. We also appreciated the attentive housekeeping service. a pleasant and convenient stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The security guards, concierge, and reception staff were excellent, making us feel safe and well taken care of. The kitchenette in our room was amazingly well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare our own meals. The furniture was attractive and the fittings were of good quality. The hotel's location next to the newly opened Starling Mall was a huge advantage, as we had access to a variety of great restaurants and cafes. The hotel was also surrounded by hundreds of shops in the vicinity, which made shopping a breeze. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the beds were comfortable with good amenities. We will definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to our friends.
