We've stayed at Submarine Guest House Central Market three times already and will definitely stay again. the rooms are clean and tidy, with the option of bigger rooms with windows for natural light, although they can be a bit noisy due to thin windows. the price is one of the lowest in the area. the location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to China Town, Pasar Seni, and Masjid Jamek railway stations, as well as the free GOKL bus stop. But what really sets this place apart is the staff, especially manager Max. He speaks four languages and is always there to help or have a chat.

Plus, there are great Indian restaurants nearby like Saravana Bhavan and Anjappar for delicious meals. the host, Max, was extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs. the accommodation itself was comfortable and came with free amenities like AC, WiFi, and filtered drinking water. We felt right at home!
