I recently had a wonderful stay at The Ruma Hotel And Residences. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with their offer for flexible check-in and check-out times. The hotel granted my request for a KLCC view, and the breakfast, particularly the Nasi Lemak Rendang Ayam, was delicious. I loved the complimentary drinks in the fridge and the nice toiletries provided. One highlight was having the pool all to myself on a quiet Monday morning. The experience was fantastic, with great service and friendly staff. The modern and luxurious lobby added to the overall ambiance. I highly recommend trying the 8-course menu at the Atos restaurant. I'm already looking forward to my next stay in just a few nights!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of KL. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to Pavilion and KLCC Shopping Mall. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautifully appointed rooms and a fantastic pool/bar area. The breakfast, although not a buffet style, still had a good selection and the staff during breakfast were friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond in replenishment of basics like bread and water. the hotel staff were helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Had an amazing Christmas experience at this hotel! the staff were friendly and accommodating, greeting us from the moment we walked in. the room was beautifully decorated with big windows that let in plenty of natural light. the blackout blinds were a great touch for a good night's sleep. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main shopping center and iconic landmarks. We also enjoyed the flexibility of the check-in and checkout times, giving us more time to relax and enjoy the room. the buffet breakfast had a decent selection of tasty dishes, and the free parking was a convenient bonus.

The soundproofing in the room could have been better. We could occasionally hear noise from the corridor.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like a VIP. the exclusive amenities were sensational, from the intimate restaurant and bar/lounge area to the infinity pool with its sun terrace and poolside snack bar. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with contemporary furnishings and a magnificent view. As a foodie, the breakfast was everything I could ask for - continental breakfast, special diet menus, and the coffee/tea in the lobby area was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the KLCC tower and Petronas Twin towers. However, the lack of soundproofing is a real issue as noise can be heard from outside and even other rooms. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, but the service left something to be desired. The Atas restaurant had some good dishes, but the breakfast options were limited. the hotel had some nice facilities, including the pool and views, but improvements are needed in terms of the noise level and service quality.

Staff was helpful and attentive, providing personalized pillow options. Aesthetic design of the washrooms and bathtubs was outstanding. Conveniently located near the Pavillion shopping center and multiple dining options.

The minibar was a nice add-on and breakfast had both local and international options. the hotel's location was great for me as it was close to popular tourist spots. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the beautiful decor.

The water temperature in the shower was almost impossible to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold.
