Souvenir shops nearby. Close proximity to the Spring Shopping Mall. Hotel has its own cat, Orange. LAN cable provided in the room. Stable internet connection. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Comfortable bed with a view of the river and Sarawak DUN. Many TV channels and clean bathroom.

Had a great thanksgiving stay here! the complimentary fruit basket and warm hospitality from the duty manager were unexpected but appreciated. the hotel is in a really convenient location, just steps away from the scenic waterfront and the charming old town. the spacious and comfortable rooms were a great value for the price.

The hotel frontage is small and the car park is shared with the nearby mall. Direct lift access to the hotel from the car park helped make up for this drawback.

Excellent location, with a stunning view of the waterfront. The room was newly refurbished, clean, and had all basic amenities. I enjoyed watching the musical light show from the rooftop and the convenience of having a shopping mall nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is incredibly convenient as it is located right next to a mall where you can find everything you need. The pool closes early, which may be disappointing for those who enjoy evening swims.

I had a fantastic stay at the Waterfront Hotel. the location was perfect, connected to Plaza Merdeka shopping mall and within walking distance of the Old Court House and Borneo Cultural Museum. the view from my room overlooking the river and Sarawak DUN was breathtaking. the staff were friendly and check-in/check-out processes were smooth. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a variety of TV channels. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering delicious options like nasi lemak and great black coffee.

We had an exquisite stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities provided were exceptional, including the stunning infinity pool with breathtaking views. the restaurant prepared delicious halal food with various choices available. the breakfast buffet was vast, with mouth-watering Asian and Western dishes. Our room boasted exclusive advantages, including a spacious and bright interior, a comfortable bed with custom-made pillows, and a large bathroom with all facilities. the service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel at home.

The location was ideal, with easy access to popular sights and a mall. Cons: There was only one minor issue, the windows were a bit dusty, but it did not dampen our experience at this hotel.
