The room was comfortable and well equipped, with stunning views of the city walls and harbour. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right outside Valletta's main gate. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent personalized service. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of fresh options and the gardens were very pretty.

I recently stayed at The Phoenicia in Valletta for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The service was impeccable, with a fantastic concierge who was extremely helpful. Despite the fact that the room was a bit small, the balcony offered a stunning view of Valetta. The outside pool areas were superb, with excellent service and delicious food. The hotel's location was perfect, right at the gate of Valetta and a short walk to the city center. The botanical gardens leading to the infinity pool were beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the harbor and old town. The staff throughout the hotel, from the pool area to reception and breakfast, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast room had a great selection of food, and it was lovely to be able to eat outside on the terrace. The hotel gardens were amazing, and the walk to the pool area was delightful. One particular staff member, Walson, stood out for his charm and hard work, always attending to our needs and even remembering us. it was a luxury experience, with clean and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, outstanding breakfast choices, and a fantastic spa.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city center of Valletta. We could easily access the city center by taking a short ferry ride, which was a fun and convenient way to get around. The hotel itself had a beautiful garden where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I also appreciated the spacious room, comfortable beds, and excellent service provided by the attentive staff. the breakfast selection was generous and set us up for the day. Phoenicia Malta delivered a wonderful experience.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city within walking distance to all the main attractions. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the rooms were spacious and had beautiful balconies with stunning views of the sunset. the pool area was amazing, with a fantastic bar and plenty of loungers to relax on.

There were no fitness facilities on-site, which was a bit inconvenient. We had to go to a nearby club for workouts, which required extra planning.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel had a classy and stylish decor that we loved. The breakfast was delicious and classy. We enjoyed the gluten-free afternoon tea, which was a pleasant experience. The SPA facilities were perfect for relaxation, and despite being in a busy city, we couldn't hear any noise from outside. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and they even recognized us from last year, making us feel very welcomed. The location was fantastic, being close to the bus station and in the center of the city.

We were able to walk to most places without any hassle. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the complimentary proseco was a nice touch and added a touch of luxury to our mornings.

There were a few aspects of our stay that left us disappointed. the lack of a spa was a letdown, as we were looking forward to some relaxation and pampering.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the new infinity pool with its stunning harbor view. The spacious and comfortable room, along with the spotless cleanliness, made our stay enjoyable. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the elegant and calm atmosphere. The location just outside the city gate was perfect for exploring.
