The room was clean, with a porch and hammock. The location was great, close to a plaza. The staff gave helpful advice and made us feel safe. Always activities at the entertainment pool. Good food and friendly waiters.

I loved my recent stay at Allegro! The bungalow-style accommodations gave it a cozy and intimate feel. The resort was conveniently located within walking distance to everything, including the beautiful beach and the hammocks on each room's patio. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The facilities were well-maintained and I especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience.

Had an amazing time during Easter at the hotel! the beach was stunning with crystal clear waters and soft sand. the activities team was fantastic, always organizing fun events like beach volleyball and aqua aerobics. the nightly entertainment was a highlight, with talented performers putting on great shows. the variety of food was impressive, with delicious options in the buffets and restaurants.

There were a few downsides. the walls in the rooms were thin, and noise from neighboring rooms could be heard easily, which affected sleep quality.

the pool was fantastic, the garden was beautifully maintained, and the themed evening buffets were a highlight. the staff, especially Izabella and Marvin, went above and beyond to make our stay special. the beach was amazing, and we enjoyed the close proximity to it. the rooms were cozy with hammocks on the outside patios, giving it a bungalow-like feel. the smaller size of the resort made it easier to get around and get to know the staff. the service was exceptional, and the food was delicious.

The hotel facilities were incredible, including the well-maintained pools and the beautiful beach just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff, especially Rene from entertainment and Humberto Escobedia the waiter, were attentive and sweet. Additionally, the location was perfect, being close to downtown and right on the beach.

Great Value at Allegro Playacar

We recently stayed at a resort in Playa del Carmen and encountered some issues, so we decided to switch to Allegro Playacar. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and made our transition seamless. The resort offered excellent value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. The beach was stunning and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax. The food was authentic and enjoyable, although more variety would have been nice. The evening entertainment was absolutely incredible, and we had a blast at the Coco Bongo tour. We did have some minor inconveniences, such as inconsistent housekeeping and unpredictable lunch times, but overall the resort was good. With a bit more attention to detail and consistency, Allegro Playacar could easily compete with top hotels in the area. We would definitely recommend this resort to budget-minded travelers.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach and in a safe and private area. We loved being able to walk to Playa del Carmen in just 15 minutes. The service at this place was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, happy, and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even stocked our room with water, flowers, and extra toiletries. The amenities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, beach access, and even a night club with live entertainment. We also enjoyed the delicious food and cocktails at the on-site restaurant and bar.

The only downside we could think of is that there was a slight issue with seaweed on the beach, but it wasn't a problem right in front of the hotel. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff was phenomenal and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the beach and daily events kept us busy and entertained. the variety and taste of the food at the resort were good. the entertainment team at the pool worked endlessly to ensure everyone had a great time.

The rooms were not ready until late afternoon, causing inconvenience. Our room had an adjoining room, which was uncomfortable and noisy.

The drinks were just right, allowing us to indulge all day without any next-day hangovers. The themed evening buffets were a highlight, especially The Mexican restaurant, which provided excellent service and delicious food. The staff, excluding administration, were exceptional, providing great service and drinks. The shows were excellent, and overall, we had a wonderful time.
