I had a great stay at a lovely hotel with a convenient location. Walking along the promenade to reach restaurants and other attractions was enjoyable, and the quiet atmosphere at night was perfect for relaxation. the highlight for me was the tasty and diverse breakfast buffet, which exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose to stay at Araiza Palmira Hotel Y Centro De Convenciones again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness? Impeccable. Hotel facilities? Top-notch. Parking? Convenient and safe. Transportation? The free shuttle to the airport was a nice surprise. Location? We loved that it was directly across from the Palmira port and near the beach. It was also next to a restaurant and very close to the seaside promenade. Breakfast? Absolutely delicious with a variety of options. Staff? Friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Everything about our stay was excellent.

Great value for money and a good location. the hotel had been recently upgraded and the room I stayed in was nice with upgraded amenities. the buffet breakfast was included and there was a live omelette station, which allowed for a custom hot breakfast. the pool was large and there were plenty of areas for children to play. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay and both were dirty, with old garbage and hair in the bathroom.

The rooms were adequate and well-maintained.
