This hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and super markets. The rooms are spacious and have a modern and clean design. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The rooftop deck with hot tubs is a great place to relax and enjoy the view. the hotel offers great value for money with its affordable rates and comfortable accommodations.

The pool is on the smaller side and may not be suitable for those looking for a larger swimming area.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The room was spacious, clean, and modern with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. I especially enjoyed the rooftop area with jacuzzis and a beautiful view of the sunset. The hotel also recommended a nearby restaurant with delicious and affordable breakfast options. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Playa del Carmen.

Nice staff, cozy feel to the hotel. the location was great, close to all the action and the beach. the room was comfortable and had a nice view of the pool area. the bed was comfortable and the A/C worked very well.

The pool was small and seemed dirty. the shower pressure was low and the bathroom was not very clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable for the spacious rooms we had. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was impressive. Additionally, the hotel's location, just a short walk from 5th Avenue, was very convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.
