The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing special assistance to make my wife and I comfortable. The morning breakfast had a good cost-to-value rate, and the waiters and chef cooked my eggs and bacon just how I asked. The location of the hotel was great, close to the alameda, shopping, and not far from the national palace.

The hotel itself was clean and modern, with a nice lobby and well-kept bedrooms. the restaurant had reasonable prices and the food was more than adequate. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, with many of them able to speak English, which made communication much easier.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the area surrounding the hotel was mostly commercial, so in the evenings there wasn't much to do or many restaurant options available.

Great value for money! the hotel was located in a convenient area, close to all the tourist attractions and the metro. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a big bathroom. the hotel also had a restaurant that, although not the best food, had good service. it was a nice place to stay if you are on a budget.

The level of attention and care we received made us feel truly valued as guests. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our future stays.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Mexico City and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The room was spacious and had all the comforts you would expect and even more, like a sofa for extra relaxation. The location of the hotel was quite good, just a short walk away from the city center, the closest Metro station, and the historic Zocalo. I also appreciated the fact that parking was included in the rate, as well as a tasty cooked breakfast. I found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and with friendly staff.
