The hotel was located in a convenient area near many local stores and not far from the main street. The location made it easy to access everything we needed. The room was spacious and had nice details. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The noise from the construction around the hotel was unbearable at times, disrupting our peace and relaxation.

This hotel was amazing! The location was perfect with local stores of all kinds so close by, and it wasn't far from the main street where everything happens. The staff were friendly and the rooms, with an adequate kitchen, were cleaned to an exceptional level. I loved having a little garden in front with lots of plants, and the view from the room was good. Breakfast was also great! One detail mentioned in the reviews: I loved that the hotel had a rooftop pool just like the one mentioned in the reviews.

We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was provided each morning. The view from the hotel was stunning, offering a breathtaking glimpse of the surrounding area.

Although the condo is in a quiet location, we found some charming cafes and restaurants in the area. Our only drawback was the restricted WiFi. Overall we definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at a hotel during Easter and the staff gave us complementary drinks at the poolbar and a later checkout which was nice. the hotel was located between the center and the beach so we could easily go to both by car or bike. There were many restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. the rooftop pool was amazing with a beautiful sunset view.

There were many things that we didn't like. the furniture and everything in the room was new and clean however, we had no water for two mornings and there were flies in the pool.

I recently stayed at Cacao Tulum for a few days and it was an amazing experience. The hotel's decor is stunning, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the concept and design of the hotel, and the pictures on the website perfectly represent what you can expect. The gym was also a great plus, allowing me to stick to my fitness routine even on vacation. Cacao Tulum provided a beautiful and comfortable stay.
