I had a wonderful stay at Casabakal - A Pie De Laguna. The location was absolutely incredible, with a stunning view of the lake. The hotel had free kayaks and a beautiful pool, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was fulfilling and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location and amenities.

Beautiful location on lake shore, free kayaks and a great pool. Clean, spacious rooms with beach towels provided. Tasty fresh fruit and hot breakfast, with good hot sauce and french toast. Helpful and friendly staff, especially David the barman.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The breakfast offered was very delicious and had a local touch. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning and worth every penny. We especially enjoyed using the complementary kayaks provided by the hotel. Having access to them allowed us to explore the surrounding area and made our stay even better. the location of the hotel gave us easy access to nearby stores.

The check-in process was very slow and inconvenient. We had to wait for an hour to get our room despite arriving on time.

There are free kayaks and paddle boards to rent, and the hotel offers sailing tours around the lake. The breakfast is tasty and the grounds are well-maintained.

the location is perfect, right on the lagoon with beautiful views. We had a bungalow by the lake and it was amazing. the best part was exploring the lake by canoe, especially the small island with lots of birds right in front. the breakfast was really good, with the option to order two meals and a small buffet with fruits, bread, and coffee. the staff was friendly, and the margaritas were the best I've had. a perfect stay.

As young travelers, we absolutely loved our stay at Casa Bakal. The staff, especially Laura, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed the amazing pool and bar area. The free kayaks and paddleboards were a huge hit and allowed us to explore the beautiful lagoon. The location was perfect, with a stunning view of the island in front of the hotel. The house and bungalows were cozy and stylish, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the romantic boat tour on the lagoon - it was a dream come true. We can't recommend Casa Bakal enough - it's a place we'll never forget.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre is equipped with professional masseurs offering full body massage, foot massage, and back massage. the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden area provides sun loungers, beach umbrellas and beachfront access. the restaurant has a poolside snack bar, bar/lounge area and snack bar. Dinner can be enjoyed at private facilities offered by the hotel. The location advantages are priceless with a breathtaking view of the lake and free kayaks and bikes at your disposal. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered was that the safety locker in our room was broken and it had to be fixed. Nevertheless, the promptness of the staff's response made up for it.

I got great value for my money at Casabakal - A Pie De Laguna. The bungalow was amazing, even though the bed was a bit small. The location right on the coast of the lake was stunning and the staff treated me with kindness and helpfulness.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety.

The property location is outstanding with a magical view, right on the lagoon. Free bikes and kayaks made exploring easy. The dorm with a great view is worth paying extra for. Generous and delicious breakfast. Clean and well-maintained.
