We had a wonderful romantic escape in Oaxaca. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. We loved being able to easily explore the Plaza Santo Domingo, restaurants, shopping, and the Zocalo. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for sightseeing tours. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee in our room every day. the hotel's convenient location and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. the first room we were assigned had a blocked washbasin, and despite our request, it wasn't fixed during our four-day stay.
