We had a slight issue with our room reservation, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it right. They not only gave us a refund, but also surprised us with a complimentary dinner and drinks. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an amazing pool and a great location near restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the service by the beach and rooftop was excellent. we had a wonderful stay at Panamera and would definitely recommend it.

I stayed at Panamera for 3 nights for a work trip. The beautiful design of the hotel and the friendly yet professional staff impressed me. The food, although expensive, was amazing. The beach was clean and well-maintained, creating a great ambiance. Special shoutout to Edouardo, our waiter, and the entire team who made our stay memorable. The front desk crew was also awesome and helped us several times.

I recently stayed at Hotel Panamera for a week-long vacation and it was everything I could have asked for. The hotel's design is stunning, from the lobby to the beach, and the rooms are incredibly stylish. The beach itself is the best in all of Tulum, with consistently cleaned seaweed and beautiful beds. The hotel restaurant serves exceptionally delicious food, and the rooftop offers an incredible view of the sea on one side and the lush jungle on the other. The pools and jacuzzis provided the perfect relaxation spots, and the friendly and accommodating staff made the stay even more enjoyable.

First time in Tulum and Hotel Panamera made our trip! We wanted to fully relax and this is the perfect place. The pool/beach are amazing with the best music playing all day. Had breakfast/lunch at the hotel daily and all the food and drinks were 10/10. The air conditioning in the room gets so cold I slept great every night. Staff is wonderful as well! We can't wait to come back and have decided we need to make it an annual trip!
