This hotel has a great location, right in front of a Walmart supermarket. It's very convenient for grabbing snacks or supplies. Additionally, the staff here are very friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms also have a very nice design, with attention to detail that adds to the overall comfort and aesthetic of the space.

The unstable WiFi, but everything else was perfect.

I loved my stay at Studio 30 Condhotel. The spacious room with panoramic windows allowed me to enjoy stunning sunrises every morning. The location was great, with two supermarkets nearby and only a short 10-minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The bed was big and comfortable, and the bunk beds were perfect for my children. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its size, cleanliness, location, and friendly staff.

We spent our New Year's Eve in a comfortable and well-appointed room. the location was superb, with a supermarket only a stone's throw away, and the beach within a 10-minute walk. Having a good Wi-Fi connection was a definite plus, allowing us to keep in touch with family overseas. the cleanliness of the room was also commendable, with housekeeping attending to our needs regularly.

The street noise outside our window was excessive, keeping us awake late into the night. the kitchenette was lacking in utensils, causing some inconvenience during meal preparation.
