The beach was uncrowded and well-maintained, providing an ideal setting for relaxation. the facilities were top-notch and the hotel's setting in the midst of nature was incredibly relaxing.

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort in Playa del Carmen and had an amazing experience. The staff at the front desk, Fernanda and Penelope, were incredibly kind and efficient during check-in, providing us with welcome drinks and cold towels. The resort had a lagoon view and a private plunge pool in our suite, which was immaculately clean and had all the little touches you would expect from a luxury hotel. The butlers, David and Jorge, went above and beyond to make us feel special and were always so helpful. The resort itself was spread out, so it never felt crowded, and we loved exploring the jungle, mangroves, canals. The bicycles provided by the resort were a great way to get around, and we also enjoyed the tennis courts and the Mexican village with its shops, restaurants, and arcade. I had a truly special experience at this resort and would recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Playa del Carmen.

Just returned from an amazing stay at a lovely five-star hotel set in a jungle paradise. the Fairmont provided the perfect relaxing holiday, with impeccable service and great amenities. the rooms were immaculate, with a beautiful view from our balcony. the hotel had many swimming pools and a private beach, where we could enjoy the clear sea water and comfortable beach chairs. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist. the continental breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

We got great value for our money and our room was fabulous. The location was perfect, right by the beach, and the staff treated us like VIPs.

Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the stunning location of the hotel. The ocean side was just breathtaking, with the waves crashing against the beach right in front of us. The bars and restaurants had a fantastic ambiance, whether we were enjoying a delicious meal or sipping on a refreshing cocktail. The lagoon offered a peaceful retreat, with beautiful views of the surrounding nature. And of course, being able to step directly onto the sand from our room was a dream come true.

It would have been nice to have some more activities to enjoy after dinner, as it sometimes led to early bedtimes.
